galaxy bar SOLD

milky way candy bar daily pastel painting
8″ by 8″ daily pastel painting, unframed   SOLD

Unlike the cupcake, I ate this Milky Way bar when I finished painting it. I had to break a piece off it slowly to get the creamy caramel to flow like it did.
This was one of my childhood favorites with cavities to prove it. When I had my own children I became the chocolate thief. These days I try not to keep the stuff around the house.
I loved painting this. I’m looking for texture challenges.

This is amazing – what a great job you did on this!! I have another friend who does great potato chips and coke – maybe I should introduce you?

I must admit that I have never thought of painting a Milky Way! You have created a very realistic chocolate bar.
