This photo was left behind just as the football was. I took this photo many years ago when as a family we regularly vacationed in Rangeley, Maine.
The football was left behind by the previous renters. They may have assumed that it’s life was over but as a painter no subject for a still life is left behind.
I had fun with this small painting although because of it’s size the details we’re a bit challenging.
