 | I am a self-taught contemporary pastel painter. I was born in The Netherlands, raised in New York and presently live in rural Massachusetts. My work can be found in private collections throughout the United States. I have 25 years of professional experience in graphic design and as a fine artist. My paintings have been displayed in art shows and galleries in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York. In 2006 I set a goal to complete a painting a day by joining The Daily Painters making small works more affordable to collectors. Although I do not always finish a painting in one day I have developed the discipline to paint each day. |
